TeleFlow Step 0090
From TeleFlow
Wait Step
Pauses the application for a definable amount of time. Use this command to place breaks between speech, or to idle the application temporarily.
Another method to create a wait is to use the Play step to play a recording of silence.
Properties
Delay (ms): The time, in milliseconds, to wait. e.g.: @WaitTime or 500
Interruptible: If checked, this step will be skipped (I.e. no wait will occur) if there are pending tones in the touch-tone buffer, or interrupted if a key is pressed during the pause. If the caller speaks and the system has barge-in enabled for Speech Recognition, this will also skip/interrupt the Wait. If it is not interruptible, a caller cannot interrupt or skip the Wait.
