Description: Contains the start time of the current or most recent call, represented as the total number of seconds since midnight (with milliseconds precision). @CALL_START will retain its value after a call is completed (Hang Up), but will be reset once a new call is started. @CALL_START evaluates to -1.000 before the first call

Data Type: Numeric (real number)
