Dialogic System Release 6.0 Installation

Remove Previous Version

If a previous version of Dialogic exists on the computer, record the configuration information currently in place.

Un-install the previous version of Dialogic using Add/Remove programs. Then reboot the system and remove the Dialogic directory: 

   C:\Program Files\Dialogic

Both the reboot and the manual deletion of the original directory are required.

Download Dialogic SR 6.0 from the following link: 

   http://www.engenic.com/core/DialogicSR60_redist.zip


Install

Extract the above .zip file into a folder on your local computer. Be sure to allow the extraction to create the folders referenced in the .zip file. For example, using WinZip, ensure the "Use folder names" check-box is checked.


Run the setup program from the folder where you extracted to. 

   Setup.exe

Follow the instructions provided by the Dialogic setup program. Reboot when instructed to do so.


Configure

Configure your Dialogic card(s), according to the "Springware Architecture Products on Windows Configuration Guide". This document is provided by the SR 6.0 installation and, by default, is installed in the following location: 

   C:\Program Files\Dialogic\doc\pdffiles\springware_config_win_v1.pdf
